What is a coffee filter packet?
Glad you asked! A coffee filter packet is a portable drip coffee filter pre-packed with 10 grams of the highest quality speciality-grade coffee. Its flexible anchors easily adjust to any mug size, so you can enjoy great tasting coffee from anywhere. Brews about 8-12 oz (237-355ml), depending on how strong you like your java.
Are your coffee packets compostable?
Yes! We are really proud to say that the packaging and our coffee filters are 100% compostable and Mother Nature approved. However, please pack out what you packed in to keep our nature and wildlife happy.
What size of the cup can you use?
Any mug size will do! But please be careful not to tear the filter when using extra-wide mugs.
How can I purchase Pacific Packers Coffee?
For now, we are available exclusively online through pacificpackers.ca. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Interac (debit) and PayPal.
Where do you ship?
As of now, we only ship within Canada. USA and international shipping coming soon – stay tuned.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What shipping methods can I use?
Our products are sent via Canada Post Services (Lettermail™ or Regular Parcel™ depending on the size of your order) unless otherwise specified.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders within two business days from when the order was placed. Typically, it takes about 2 – 4 business days from shipment to palm of your hand as per Canada Post (except Northern regions and remote areas where Canada Post's Delivery Standards apply). For more specific information on Lettermail™ and Regular Parcel™ delivery standards to your location, please visit the Canada Post website. We always do our best to get your order out asap as we totally get you are excited to receive your order.
What if I want to make changes to an order?
Please email us immediately if you’d like to make changes to an order. We want you to get the product you want, and will do everything we can to adjust the order and your account for shipping costs. Just make sure to include your order number and the details of the change.
What should I do if I never received my order?
Thanks for letting us know! It’s our intention to fulfil every purchase order as quickly and efficiently as possible, but sometimes things happen. If you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date, please email us at email@example.com with your order number so our team can look into it right away.
How is COVID-19 affecting your operations?
We are operating as usual however Canada Post suspended on-time delivery guarantees on March 18, 2020. The suspensions remain in effect until today even though COVID-19 has been with us for a long time now. This might effect the shipping time of your delivery which is unfortunately out of our control. If your order is experiencing delays, please call your local Canada Post office first. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I get your coffee without the filter packet?
We hope so one day – but for now, we only sell our coffee in single-use pour over coffee filter packets.
